In accordance with artlcle 51 of the Penal Code, as amended by Law 23.057, I
hereby authorize the Argentine authorities to disclose to the Canadian Embassy all records
and/or information pertaining to me which they may posess.

Явно той е само за Аржентина, защото го показах на ГЕЦ и ми каза че такова нещо за българия нямало. Т.е. не опълномощавате посолството да ви прави документите и това означава ли че се разбира автоматично че го правите???
